Hi Feg,

you're supposed to write only
"equ"
and then Ctrl-space. No need to type \begin.

Marcio

Dear All,

Concerning the autocomplete feature, when I typed

\begin{equ

I saw a yellow box that offered me an autocompletion. I pressed Control-space and obtained

\begin{\begin{equation}

\label{eq:}
\end{equation}

Of course, I expected to obtain

\begin{equation}

not

\begin{\begin{equation}

Apparently I missed something, any clue/help will be appreciated.

Marcio and Martin,

Thank you very much. Both `equ' and `equation' work perfectly. In addition,
I also tried 'table', '\sect', and '\subsec', they also work
well. TeXnicCenter is really a great software.

Wish you all a happy x-mas and new year.

Sincerely yours,

FEG-
