PDF file generation error using beamer class

Hi group,

I would like to use the beamer class in TeXnicCenter with the LaTeX ->
PDF mode. But it generates only the .dvi file and never the .pdf file
-- therefore I get the errormessage, that the pdf file could not be open.

In my LaTeX -> PDF profile I defined this argument:
-interaction=nonstopmode -max-print-line=120 "%pm"

The log file says no error, just warnings because of the citation and
bibstyles and 1 page as output. (think this page is the .dvi)

Have you tried a plain very simple document first, just to make sure that
your build profiles are correct?

Hi John,

thank you for your answer. I tried the same on my notebook, but I
deinstalled MikTeX before and installed MikTeX 2.6 Beta.

Now it works fine!
