If you wan't that your document is in Arial, it's not so simple.
There is a font that's similar to Arial:
\usepackage[scaled]{helvet}
or a not so good adoption of Arial
CTAN: /fonts/urw/arial

I am not sure if you mean in the text editor or the
tools --> options --> text format.
There you can make changes to the font type in the
editor, navigator (if you are using a project), and
the output.
