Hello,
Thanks John and Andreas for your reply.
John, I am sorry if I am not able to explain it properly, my question is related to TeXnic center only. I am trying to make presentation using documentclass 'slides' class in TeXnic Center.
Once I creat my new project with document class slides. It has three vertical pages (Portrait), I can rotate these to horizontal (landscpae), than it looks perfect for presentation (just like/better than in microsoft PPT). I am able to do everything needed in my presentation expect from inculding figures.
I included all kind of packages for including figures (See below).
First of all as soon as I include PP4SLIDES, it gives error (I could guess that if I include PP4SLIDES I have to follow some specific format).
Second will all these packages included, whenever I am trying to include any figure in .eps or .jpg or .ps or .gif figure/picture. It does not recognise the format/figure/picture.
PACKAGE USED:-
%\usepackage{pp4slide}
\usepackage{amsmath}
\usepackage{amsfonts}
\usepackage{amssymb}
\usepackage{graphicx}
\usepackage{color}
\usepackage{pause}
\usepackage{background}
\usepackage{pifont}
\usepackage{picins}
\usepackage{floatflt}
\usepackage{setspace}
\usepackage{graphfig}
\usepackage{epsfig}
\usepackage{psfig}
\usepackage{alltt}
\usepackage{moreverb}
\usepackage{verbatim}
\usepackage{graphics}
\usepackage{hyperref}
\hypersetup{
pdfmenubar=true,
pdftoolbar=true,
pdfpagemode={None}
}
CODE USED TO INCLUDE FIGURES
\begin{figure}[hbtp]
\includegraphics[height=40mm]{hump1.ps}
\includegraphics[angle=120, height=20mm]{hump20.eps}
\caption{Tigers}
\end{figure}
\begin{figure}
\begin{center}
\epsfig{file=hump1.ps,height=8cm,width=10cm}
\caption{Bimodal functions with equal and unequal peaks.}
\label{fig:bimodal}
\end{center}
\end{figure}
I AM SURE, I AM DOING SOME MISTAKE SOMEWHERE, BUT NOT ABLE TO FIGURE OUT WHERE?

Subject: Re: [TXC-Users] Slides using TeXnic Center
Post by Gulshan Singh1. I am not able to include figures saying 'Figure enveronment not
included'? Whatever i include for normal report is already included. So I
do not know how to go about it?
2. Is it true that I will NOT be able to do animation in PDF presentation?
I am not quite sure what you mean here.
Take no. 2; do you mean `add items in a list to the previous material'
when you say `animate'? This depends on which package you are using;
Prosper and Beamer will both do this. If you mean animate a graph showing
different stages of the process, then that is a different matter.
I don't know what you mean by no. 1; a small sample of LaTeX input,
including packages would be helpful.
Please note that this conference is for TeXnicCenter, and not for TeX; you
should try http://www.latex- community. org/ for these questions.
