Hello everybody
Good day
Iam new here and how to use TeXnic.I'am writing my document and I would like to make some words to appear italic,so how can I use italic?.also in references, would like it to appear like [1,2] or [1,2,3] instead of [1][2][3].how can I do that?.Is it possible to make the reference appear in alphabetic order? using IEEE style?.
Thanks in advance for your help

Hello,

Please give time to the readers of this group to answer your questions!
And read a little bit on LaTeX before asking!

For italic: see any introduction to LaTeX (for example "lshort.pdf" make
a search with google, you can get it in your language if it is not English)
In TeXnicCenter you even have a shortcut button in one toolbar!!!
(\textit{})

You will also find information on how to use BibTeX for bibliography in
lshort
(example use as bibliography style "ieeetranS" and enter your \cite as
\cite{one,two,three} to get (1;2;3)

Hello,
to print some words in italic shape, just type.
"\textit{ YOUr TEXT}"
For the references it is not so easy. Probably you can achieve this with
a package, but I don't know which one. I haven't done much with
references till now.
Perhaps somebody else knows.

Yannick
