What do you enter in Tools>Options>General>Replace Quotation Marks
boxes so that you get the proper printers quotation marks? They
should look like "66" for opening and "99" for closing.

If you want to place Quotation marks in a document and you mentioned
66 and 99

`` and '' will do the job. You just need two on each side. That should work. Now if the question is different and the advice given is not the proper one, Why don't you post the question over here:
