Column headers in Table of contents. Please help

I need column headers in my table of contents, list of figures and
list of tables. The column headers required in table of contents
are "chapter" and "Page".

My toc should look like this:

TABLE OF CONTENTS
Chapter Page
1 Intro.............................. 2
2

Similarly I need column headings for List of tables and figures.

I am using Miktex 2.5, and texnic center. I am using thesis class.

Please help. I need this to meet my graduate college requirements and
the deadline is fast approaching.

I'd greatly appreciate any help.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply stephan. I tried \addtocontents but I guess I
should do that after editing the entire document. Or I will have to
do it over and over again since my table of contents has multiple
pages. THanks for the idea.
