I'm using version 7.01 to compile a thesis in 'Project' mode.
The main file (thesis.tex) has a few \input commands and a few
\include commands there too.
Autosave is on, likewise is save all when compiling.
I've been noticing that when I make changes to the (included|input)
files, sometimes they are not saved correctly.
This is especially important in a long document when lots of changes
to many files are made.
I've made some attempts to make a bug-case, but can't get a repeatable
case where it reliably repeats this behaviour.
Has anyone else had this happen to them?
